Scope and Subject of the Contract

These terms of use apply to all creative workshops offered by us, which serve to teach practical skills. The subject of the workshops is the execution of creative exercises and projects to promote creativity and learning.

Participation in a workshop requires prior registration and confirmation by us. By registering, the participant accepts these terms.

Scope of Services

We commit to conducting the workshops as described. Changes to the schedule are reserved, provided they do not significantly impair the overall benefit.

Rights and Obligations of Participants

Participants are obliged to actively participate during the workshop and follow the instructions of the workshop leader. The use of brought materials is only permitted by prior arrangement.

• Participants are responsible for the safety of their personal belongings.
• Disruptions to the workshop process may lead to exclusion.
• Copyrighted content of the workshops may not be reproduced without consent.

Disclaimer

We are not liable for damages resulting from improper use of workshop materials or disregard of safety instructions. Participation is at your own risk.

Payment Terms and Cancellation

The workshop fee is due before the start of the workshop. If cancelled up to 14 days before the workshop start, the full fee will be refunded. For later cancellations, the right to a refund is forfeited.

We reserve the right to cancel workshops if the number of participants is too low. In this case, the fee will be fully refunded.

Changes to the Terms

We may change these terms at any time. Participants will be informed of significant changes by email. Continued use constitutes acceptance.

Termination of Use

Use ends upon completion of the booked workshop. In the event of serious violations of these terms, we may terminate participation prematurely.

After termination, the provisions on liability and copyright remain in effect.
